Fitness One Fitness One is a state-of-the-art 25,000 square foot facility overlooking a beautiful natural lake. Our half-mile Fitness Trail surrounds the lake and is a great addition to our fully equipped facility. Our equipment includes a full line of Motus cardio options with personal LCD TVs accessing 75 channels, Body Masters selectorized and Hammer Strength plate-loaded machines, as well as Apex free weights. Our Weight Room is spacious, with two sets of each dumbbell, ranging from 3 to 120 lbs and plenty of benches. We also have a beautiful Indoor Pool, Sauna and Eucalyptus Steam Room. Our focus is to offer a little something for everyone, which is why we offer over 40 free group fitness classes a week
